I'm a certified personal trainer and holistic nutritionist with a Bachelor of Science in Human Nutrition. With over 6 years in the fitness industry, I understand the frustration of losing fat and building muscle. My goal is to help you overcome the challenges you may encounter on your fitness journey.
Many of my clients reach out to me when they find themselves not achieving their desired results, feeling stuck, and frustrated. They realize they’re missing the knowledge and accountability necessary to reach their goals.
As a personal trainer and holistic nutritionist, I bring years of successful experience to the table. My expertise is to analyze your body and lifestyle, craft personalized plan that suits your needs, and guide you through every step towards achieving your goals to ensure long-term success.
The Process
STEP 1: Request a consultation
Click the "Book a consultation" button and set up an appointment. The consultation will consist of questionnaires to learn more about you and discuss your goals in detail. Measurements will be taken during this session.
STEP 2: Start your journey with a customized plan
After the consultation, I will design your fitness and nutrition plan based on the information you provided. I will guide you through the training and nutrition program.
STEP 3: Check-in
As we begin our journey, we will check in every two weeks to ensure you are on the right track. We will take measurements and discuss any challenges that you may encounter.
STEP 4: Crush your goals and celebrate the victory
Finally reach your fitness goals and become the best version of yourself.

I realized that if I didn't have the appointment waiting for me and someone to be accountable to, I would never make the effort to work out (which I never did), so for me it's worth every penny, and every session I'm reminded that I picked the best guy for the job.
He's also super flexible with scheduling me which I really appreciate, and he's always following up to make sure we schedule a time each week, and now twice a week, because with my hectic life and schedule, I'll often forget :P
He is also nutrition focused and helps you improve that part of the equation as well as the physical part.

I cannot recommend John highly enough. I've received training from him for more than 3 months and have seen remarkable improvements in my overall strength and energy level.
Before working with him, I used to use mobile app for my workout. But eventually I realized that there were so many details I missed without a trainer. At beginning of the training, he assessed my capability, my goal and customized the program for me. Through the training, he guides me, motivates me and coaches me on my diet. He reviews the result with me every week and makes adjustments to what I need to improve.
He's very knowledgeable, always share valuable tips on how to workout, hot to eat properly. I can see myself totally changed in 3 months.
